About

Ciprian is a global HR Leader who has been working in HR and business operations for close to 2 decades driving organisational change and transformation across different industries in the private and third sector. Ciprian has been voted HR’s Most Influential Practitioner of 2022 by HR Magazine. Ciprian is the Group Head of People Experience and HR Transformation for Entain Group, a FTSE40 organisation employing over 26,000 employees in 20+ countries across the globe. In his role, Ciprian is responsible for the People Experience Strategy, design and implementation based in the changing needs of the people and business, as well as leading a portfolio of HR transformation programmes and interventions to future proof the organisation and the HR Service Delivery. Arhire has been voted as one of the most influential HR Practitioners of 2022’s HR Magazine’s work to identify and showcase HR Thought and Practice leaders globally. In his spare time, Ciprian Leads a community of Senior HR professionals for the CIPD creating the right space for debate, conversation and best practices shaping the future of the profession and our HR strategies. Ciprian is a Founding Member of global Hacking HR’s Experts Council ensuring HR and the people profession are well equipped to serve the needs of people and societies today as well as in the future. Cip’s background is spanning across almost 2 decades of working in different areas of HR, strategy consulting and Business Operations from Enterprise Transformation, HR Strategy development and implementation, to leading a complex portfolio of project and programmes across multiple markets. Cip is a Chartered Fellow Member of the CIPD and supporting multiple communities of learning focusing on HR and the Future of Work.
